Lumpy materials are fed into the pre-crushing chamber with breaking cutter set manually or via conveyor.

Materials are sheared and impacted into small particles by high-speed rotating special toothed breaking cutter set.

Small particles fall into hammer mill or granulator by gravity to complete crushing and granulating.

Qualified particles pass through screen into collecting device; the process repeats until crushing is finished.

Feeding valve is recommended for continuous quantitative feeding.

Centralized control displayed on LCD screen for intuitive monitoring and operation of equipment running status.
