Fine Disc Mill
Crushing Principle

Materials to be ground enter through an open hopper or conveying pipeline.

They enter between the two grinding discs, where the rotor rotates at high speed relative to the stator.

This causes the materials to be ground at high speed between the two grinding discs.

Equipment Structure
Equipment Structure

The crushing part consists of two non-porous grinding discs with radial grooves, one on top and one on the bottom.

The upper grinding disc is called the fixed grinding disc, and the lower one is called the rotating grinding disc.

The gap can also be adjusted during operation.

Equipment Features
Equipment Features
01
The entire inner lining of the crushing chamber is made of alumina ceramic, free of metal contaminants.
02
Suitable for both dry and wet materials, heat generation is suppressed, and multiple types of grinding discs are available.
03
Unique worm and worm gear design ensures precise gap control.
04
Unique stepped water cooling design efficiently discharges hot water and dissipates heat.
05
Compact design, occupying minimal space while achieving high output.
